the location was decent it was easy enough to find a taxi
the room i got was supposedly a skyline terrace king but i think they forgot the skyline part all i could see were other balconies that seemed a little bit cheeky the management seemed to think it was perfectly fine though i guess my standards are just too high

charmed by the perfect service
attentive doormen helpful concierge excellent ambience safe room
the doormen were very attentive. the concierge was also helpful. the housekeeping service was excellent too. everyone was very professional! the room felt very comfy and tidy. the gym area had professional equipment and amazing ambience with natural light during the day!!! i secure hotel with my teenage daughters in a separate room.
the air conditioning unit was loud. i had to turn it off. this was a slight inconvenience.

Underwhelming Experience at a Price
The location of the hotel was amazing.
I found it difficult to get the attention of the front desk staff when checking in (it was a bit frustrating). The service did not meet my expectations. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Really good Hospitality in Mayfair
warm staff cute doormen high-quality styling
I found the staff warm and helpful . The doormen were especially cute. The hotel styling features high-quality and thoughtful design. I was impressed by the eco-conscious luxury evident throughout the premises.
The absence of accessible outlets in the bathroom proved inconvenient. I found it odd and impractical for using essential appliances. This small issue slightly detracted from an otherwise seamless experience.

drain smell excessive noise
The gym had up-to-date equipment. Technogym equipment was in the compact space.
The bathroom shower reeked. It had a strong smell of drains and it filled the room. I was also annoyed by the excessive road noise I heard from outside the building.

splendid mayfair stay!
attentive staff quick solution perfect location
i appreciated how attentive the staff was. diana, the night manager, solved small issues quickly. the location could not be more perfect. i did daily walks through hyde park and green park and enjoyed dinners in soho.
i found the standard rooms a bit tight.

the restaurant menu had a good variety of foods and drinks. the staff was informative and friendly with their advice. i do recommend the carpaccio and the local rabbit lasagna and there was also an excellent vine choice.
